About Kevin Milligan

"Kevin Milligan is an outstanding artist, approaching his work with intelligence and great determination." — Wilbur Niewald, acclaimed figurative painter.

A fourth-generation artist, Kevin has been painting since age seven. His works are exhibited at regional and national levels, where they have received awards and highly favorable reviews. In particular, his work was selected for the forty-ninth Annual Butler Midyear Natonal Exhibition of American Art, and the Maryland Academy of Arts National Exhibition. His cityscape, "Oakland Skyline with the Grand Lake Theater," has been chosen for the Twentieth Century Urban Landscape Exhibition at the Oakland Museum.

Kevin mostly enjoys painting en plain aire in fields, back-streets, and vineyards around the Mendocino and Napa regions. He also paints along the coast, from Carmel to the Bay Area. His work can be seen at the Kevin Milligan Gallery, in Danville, CA, and in private and public collections in the United States and Europe.
